Webinar: Reaching for Fossil-Free Buildings for our Climate and Our Kids

Everyone knows that gas-burning cars pollute, but did you know that buildings pollute, too? That's right, buildings are a major source of the greenhouse gas emissions that are destabilizing our climate. This means that transitioning our buildings off dirty "natural" gas and onto clean, renewable energy is a key climate solution. But how do we do that?!

Join us for a brief, lively webinar with guest speaker Rachel Gordon of the Sierra Club who will explain what "reach codes" are and why passing a strong one in your city would be a major step toward reducing your communities emissions.

San Jose will be voting on a reach code on September 17, and we'd love your support as we lobby City Councilmembers to pass as strong a reach code as possible. Come learn easy ways for you to get involved that will have maximum impact.

Don't delay, please RSVP today. Thank you for taking action to preserve a livable climate!
